The Fete is in Harris Lane Playing Field which is next to Harris Lane, off London Road, the main road through the village. Parking is in the field adjacent to Harris Lane Playing Field.


Please be mindful of residents when parking or leaving the Fete.

The Fete is a non- profit organisation. All income after expenses is donated to local charities and good causes.


Attendance is always extremely good with visitors coming from outlying towns and villages.


Shenley Village Fete starts at 12 noon and lasts until 4.45pm.


Yes - we welcome well behaved dogs (but please make sure you bring water for them if it is a hot day!)


Why not enter your dog in the Fete Dog Show and Agility competition? (more info in the What's On section)


Yes - we you can park your vehicle for a only £1


The Fete is 100% volunteer led. We are always looking for more people to join our committee - or to just help out on the day of the event.

There is no wifi.  Mobile data in the field can be patchy


Fete programmes are provided on entry to the Fete. We will also  publish the timetable and all the activities on the Timetable and What's On pages.

Yes, hot food, snacks, cakes and a fully-stocked bar will be available!


There is limited priority parking allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The Fete is in a flat grass field - so the terrain can be muddy if the weather is not on our side.


Yes. But we encourage you to take your rubbish home with you. 


Yes. 


The Fete has volunteers who can assist you - they'll be wearing high-visibility vests.


Yes. Paramedics will be at the Fete in case of an emergency or guests feeling unwell. They'll be highly visible - or just ask a volunteer to assist you.
