In early June help deliver the Fete flyers and raffle tickets to every household in Shenley Parish

• Help move all the Fete equipment from the Fete Container and Fete Sheds to the Fete Field.
• Help to erect all the large Fete tents and many Committee stall gazebos
• Help to erect the fencing and bunting around the main Fete Arena

• Move all the Fete Gazebos into position
• Install all the Fete Pitch laminated numbers
• Make sure all pitch tables and refreshment tables & chairs are installed in the correct positions
• Help set up Fete Committee stalls
• Install all the Fete signage in the Parking and Main Fete Fields.
• Put out bollards and no parking signs along Harris Lane

• Man the Fete entrance Gates - three Gates
• Help run Fete Car parking
• Help run the Fete Committee Raffle stall
• Help run the Fete Committee Tombola stall
• Help run the Fete Committee Coconut Shy
• Litter pick throughout the afternoon and empty the Fete bins

Please note that Volunteers helping run Gates and Committee Stalls do shifts (usually an hour long as many as they can or wish to do.)  

• Help to take down and pack up all tents and gazebos ready for storage
• Help to pack up and take all Fete equipment back to the Fete Container and Fete Sheds
• All hire tables and chairs have to be put in the Brick Shed
• Fete fields need to be cleared of litter
• All rubbish needs to be put in the Fete skip
