Stall Information

The Shenley Village Fete is made possible by the generous support of our stallholders and sponsors. We would like to thank them for helping us bring this event to our community every year. 


Pitch size: 15ft x 15ft or 4.57m x 4.57m


Cost per pitch

  • General stalls: £30
  • Registered charity: £15
  • Commercial businesses: Please contact us as commercial rates are different.


Please note the following:

  • NO TABLES provided. You can bring your own table/s [they must be a suitable size for your pitch] but if this is not possible hire tables can be ordered at a cost of £10 per table.
  • NO GAZEBOS provided. You will need to bring your own with plenty of tent pegs in case of windy conditions.

To secure a slot it is a good idea to book well in advance. We try to ensure a good variety of stalls and do not take multiple bookings of similar types of attractions i.e. cake, jewelry or tombola stalls.
